We understand that when you shop online in our shop, you are basing your purchase on our pictures and descriptions. While we do our best to truly represent our goods in our photos and descriptions, we appreciate that seeing and touching the product finalizes your purchase decision. If for any reason the product is not perfect for you or exactly what you had in mind, please send it back to us for a refund. *All sale/discounted items are non-returnable.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for the first 14 days after the item is received. Returned items will be accepted ONLY if they are in their original, new condition. Please contact us first by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can expect your purchased item to come back. We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned item and will email you to confirm receipt and refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a delivery confirmation/tracking number service with your return to avoid any unhappy situation as we are not responsible for loss or damage to items being returned to us.
For all accepted returned items, a refund of the price of the item is returned to the method used to pay (original shipping fees are NON refundable).
IN STORE RETURNS:
We're happy to exchange or issue a store credit for new and unused Appetite handmade items within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. We do not issue cash refunds or bank card credits.
